The word keddlesthenics is the art of using your own body weight in combination with kettlebells to develop an amazing physique. What we do
Measure your Progress
Our trainer will complete an initial intake form which documents your current weight and measurements. After your sessions are complete, we will take your ending measurements and analyze your results!
Keep Track of your Vitals
We want you to be in the best shape of your life! Vital signs are measurements of the body’s most basic functions. The four main vital signs routinely monitored include:
Respiration rate (rate of breathing)
Blood pressure (Blood pressure is not considered a vital sign, but is often measured along with the vital signs.)
Vital signs are useful in detecting or monitoring medical problems. Vital signs can be measured when and as often as you choose.
